Different marketing of mobile plans

Post by toast » Tue Feb 19, 2013 12:26 am

Hi,

I was interested to know if Exetel had ever thought about offering mobile plans that are based on the number of Minutes/SMS/Data like in the UK instead of the current way every australian telco does it?

i.e. http://www.talkmobile.co.uk/simple.html

I've noticed that Exetel now spell out how many 2 minute calls each mobile plan can make, which is great (a legislative requirement?).

I just think from a consumers POV it is so much clearer.

Cheers,
Clive

A Sales representative should advise you shortly regarding this.

Hi Clive,

We used to provide a mobile plan, based on number of included minutes. However we no longer have this in offer. We will sure pass your feedback to the relevant product manager. Thank you for the continuous supply of great ideas and suggestions.
