Changing User Details

Hi,

I sent a request to port my mobile number from Vodafone to Exetel last night. My mobile number is actually under my mothers name but I've been the one using it for the last 2 years so when I did the mobile order I kept all the information the same as per my mothers details so that there wouldn't be any issues with the port. Will I be able to change the details so it'll be under my own name once everything has switched over?

P.S. Are there any such discounts by having both Exetel ADSL and now the Exetel Mobile service?

Hi Eric,

You are able to change the ownership. The ownership transfer fee is currently $100. Could you please send in the mobile number to residentialsales@exetel.com.au quoting the forum post so that I can look into this.

Currently there's no discount for bundling up a mobile with ADSL.

oooft that's a heavy fee...I may just keep this under my mothers name after all
