Change of mobile plan Z15 to Medium

Post by Lawrie » Sat Jan 04, 2014 1:36 pm

We changed one of our mobile phones from the Z15 $15 plan to the Medium $39.95 plan.
On the 1st January it appears that the plan changed successfully as far as the Members Facility shows but it does not appear to be connecting at 4G speeds.

do we need a new SIM for the new service to be able to get the 4G speeds (as we did not get sent a new SIM when we changed plans)

Lawrie.
