No internet/mms/gps on M15 plan, but phone calls/sms work.

So like the title says, I have no internet access, no MMS, no GPS, so basically nothing except making callas, and sending SMS's works, I haven't really noticed up until now I use wifi at home and haven't had a need for internet/etc when not there lately, so I can't say exactly how long it's been happening, at least 1 week, I read this post [viewtopic.php?f=59&t=40759], and tried changing the APN's, this did not work, could someone kindly check my service so I can figure out if it's the phone or your service.

Please PM me your service number so that I can take a closer look into the provisioning of the particular APNs.

I tried looking you up from the IP address and the mobile number I found affiliated to it was 04*****412 and it did not have any issues with the APNs.

Let me know which it is anyway.

I was speaking to a friend with the same phone, seems he's had the same issue, something turns packet data off without warning, this obviously cause me/us to lose connection, I will be going through my apps to find the culprit, thanks for the help anyway angelos.

FYI : APNs seem to be provisioned correctly for data and MMS

I have just transferred my exetel sim to a new phone and while internet services seem to be working MMS is not, I'm a little concerned that it may be pointing to the wrong APN, would it be possible to have those setting pushed to my phone via SMS?

Received your PM and looking at the provisioning side of the service, it appears to be set up correctly.

Have you configured the MMS APN correctly?

(I have created a ticket #8533325 in case you need further assistance)
