New SIM - SMS Message Send Failure
Received a new SMS however can not send or receive SMSs - Able to make and receive calls. It's in an iPhone 4.

I have made a few changes on this end. Could you try restarting your handset in about another 30 minutes and check again

I have the same issue with two numbers I have ported the last few days. No SMS or MMS.
Should I send you also those numbers through PM?

I appear to be having the same issues as these users had. This is a ported iPhone on a new ExeSim PLUS plan.

We are having a similar issue.
