Cancelling 3G Data Service

30 Days ago I used the Exetel Online Dashboard to cancel one of my 3G data services (ticket number is - #9150183#).
Today I noticed it is still active. I contacted your team and I am told you have no record of me cancelling it.
The "My Exetel" iPhone app showed no data under "Display Service Details" the day I cancelled the service (and it still does, my second service still shows all the account details,PUK etc).

Your team has said as you have no record that I need to give another 30 days notice, this is NOT good enough. I cancelled it on your website, and I gave you 30 days notice as contracted to do.
