Message bank not working

Gidday

Just attempted to connect to my message bank and after entering my number I get the message back that "the number I have entered is incorrect"...

Are you referring to your mobile service or landline service? Please PM me the number so I can confirm the status of the Voicemail service for you.

PM received. Voicemail does not appear to be active for this service.

You may activate this by logging in to your members area and activating it.

Navigate as follows : Services & Usage > Manage (Opposite mobile number) > Voicemail
