New mobile plan without a new sim card

Hi,

I am with exetel almost over 7 years and very happy about your services.

This morning, I change my mobile plan because I got a new mobile phone and need more data. It is supposed, as all other mobile service providers follow, a new sim card will be delivered with the new mobile plan. However, I did not see the sim type options when I change the plan online, When I call back, your salesgirl told me I have to pay another $20 for swapping my current sim card to a Nano sim card. Come on, this is a new mobile plan and a new contract, and a new sim card should be provided without any extra charge. I was even told if I am a new customer, the new sim card will be provided without a charge, but existing customers have to pay. That is not fair and not the right way to treat your loyal customer who used your home phone, mobile and broadband services over 7 years. Exetel should treat loyal customers more well than the new customers, at least equally, but not on the opposite way. Very unhappy on the unfair policy for existing customers.

Hi. I have the same situation, almost 10 years adsl plus a number of mobiles. Speaking with a sales rep they said there was no way I could get around the extra for the sim card. Robin did they resolve it for you?
