I have raised two issues for Support on 15 / 16 & 20/9/16 but have not received a reply as yet, Can anyone help with a better way of contacting them.
The two Ref numbers are PEM-81959-373 and LSY-95453-596, a automated response for the last one issued a Ticket number (#10720527#)
The issue I am having as stated when raising these is :-
"I am having problems with accessing Voice mail on this mobile number. I dial
321 and am told to dial my mobile number and press # (0418580412#) and am
then told the number is invalid. Also when I either don't answer or the
mobile is off, no one gets the option to leave a message. (phone diverts are
set to +61411000321)
This may have been going on for a while, a friend just happened to mention that they couldn't leave messages anymore."

I have checked both tickets and have noticed that your service request also affected with the ongoing mobile outage https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 10#p318910 .
We will follow up this with the supplier and update you once it is resolved. Ticket # 10720527 .

Thanks for re activating my Voice Mail Box.
I can now access Voice mail and have set up the Voice mail message. But when the mobile is rung and not answered the only msg the caller gets is "the person is unavailable etc etc. The diverts on the mobile are unchanged from the time that everything worked OK in the past. Is the still an issue with the Voice Mail service?
