Post by mrkeef » Mon Nov 21, 2016 5:35 pm

Hi,

I have received three emails this afternoon which suggest that Exetel is porting me away from Exetel. I have not requested this.

Can I get this cancelled please?

The Emails are reproduced below.

An e-mail notification regarding your mobile service was recently sent to you in error. The email subject line was “service number XXXXXXXXXX has Ported Out service.”
Please ignore this e-mail. It was sent as a result of a system error.
Exetel apologies for any inconvenience.
