Mobile Account Number for porting away from Exetel

Hi,

Can you please let me know my mobile account number for porting purposes?

I can't find it on the Exetel invoice or site.

SMS sent to your mobile no .........8043 including the account number of the respective service.

Could you do the same for me please? I would like to port the mobile ending in 5545. Pse email me the account details to the email address associated with my account or SMS to my mobile ending in 0100.

I have been trying to locate my account number for the same reason. If someone can assist for mobile number ending in 460?

There seems to have been some delay in getting this done though.
Can you please check if a request to port has been received?

Our provisioning team is closed till 27th December for Christmas.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
However its also better to check with your new provider.

Thanks, I had checked with them too and they "started an investigation".
The port happened yesterday morning and number now working on new provider.
