My phone won't download MMS voice messages

Hi, thanks for doing that. Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you.

I have tried to send and receive an attachment, and neither worked, still. So I guess it must be something wrong with my phone, but no idea what. I may just give up and wait until I buy a new phone, which I understand will be needed next year when networks are upgraded to G4 or something.

Seems still no good results from your end. Let us know if further issues occurred after testing with an alternate working handset.
