Ported away from Exetel - Status still active

My partner ported her number of Exetel (for business) but her Account Status under 'Service & Usage' still listed as active. Next billing cycles in only 10 days away don't want the account fees to roll over. Ported on Dec 13th, and no Usage shown since then. My mobile and NBN still corrected listed as active.

Please drop an email to billing@exetel.com.au including the service details and they will check accordingly.

They should cancel their service online then....
