I don't have data, rang the help desk, waited one hour, was identified and then asked to wait on line and shortly after the call was terminated.
I am so disappointed.
No reference number given or anything.
Does anyone have the settings I need for data please? I have been overseas and since returning home data will not work.

Did you have global roaming without data turned on while you were overseas, and if so have you turned off global roaming since you got home?
