Switch Mobile phone plan

Hi,

Can you tell me if I need to pay any cancellation fees if I request a mobile phone pan from a 12-month plan to month to month before 27 August?
My contract renewal date is 2019-09-01.

Hi,
There wont be any plan change fee applicable to change your mobile plan from a 12 months contract to a No lock in contract term.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Please login to MyExetel to recover the Exemail password - https://www.exetel.com.au/my-exetel
Go to Premium VAS>Email and click on Edit to change the current password for Exemail
