Please be aware of the following outage below.
Event
Additional capacity will be installed on the VoIP Switch
Impact:
All VoIP services will be affected, as the VoIP Switch needs to be powered down.
Duration:
The upgrade will take place between 7AM and 8AM, it could take up to one full hour for the upgrade to be completed.
All customers who are having trouble with VOIP outside the upgrade window please power cycle your hardware. If problems persists please email voip@exetel.com.au for further assistance.
