I stumbled upon this article browsing through digg.
Thought it was a good read and really showed how self-indulgent we are in modern day society where common decency is tossed out for me-ism.

I think anyone who starts work on a helpdesk finds out the problem with that in the first few minutes.

Yeh, if the customer was right, they'd not be on the phone in the first place.

Oh no, they're very happy to ring you up to tell you how right they are...
When I worked in tech support, I always got a laugh out of the customers who would ring up spewing because their internet wasn't working - when they hadn't paid their bill!!! Usually sufficed to plug the vitriol.

Flame proof might be more useful
