Hit counter for visitors to web site

Hi
Thanks for your help !
I was trying to add a "hit counter " to my web page. http://home.exetel.com.au/yokoyama/
I tried to do it with the one from front page , but it dont work for me
I was wondering if any one can suggest a free hit counter I can get down load , thats not a danger for virus or of spy wear and stuff like that

in this instance google is good but the suggestions it comes up with are not so good. most the places want email add and other strings attached its a worry for me as I dont want virus or spywear when I down load from them.
