Your issue may be related to one which has been identified, we are still awaiting a resolution from the supplier.

sounds like a similar problem to me, you may want to open up a service ticket and if that still doesnt solve your issue post here again with your ticket number and your service number and the staff on the forum will try and help

I am unable to open a service ticket because the system doesn't allow me to put in an email address *sigh*
I've posted in another section to try to resolve that.

Powertel / AAPT services in selected areas are being affected by supplier network issues, this may be the same issue for you.
Where the helpdesk is not accepting an email address, you can email
residentialsupport@exetel.com.au with your issue, and we can also look at the helpdesk email address issue.

It's improved today. But still no where near what I should be getting for 11659 kbps sync
