Can the website be made to detect mobile phones logging in & a mobile page set up for this, the same way you enter google.com but are directed to m.google.com if you're on a mobile. I try this from my 240x320 phone and it's a giant full sized webpage. and using way too much data than wanted when you're paying by the byte.
