Enquiry about free 100 voip calls

Hi!
My name is nick arora , I signed up for naked adsl2 back in august with voip.
At that time I was told that I will get 100 free local calls using voip.
After 2 or 3 months free calls were dropped but now I just saw on website that It is again available on new sign ups.
I just want a clarification why I have not been provided with those 100 free voip calls or it was just a method of attraction for new customers.
I have no other problem with your service , I recommend other people as well but This thing just doesn't prove honesty.
I would be grateful if someone from admin can provide with me a satisfactory answer.

Naked plans usually include free VoIP calls. If you are using the VoIP number allocated to you when you were connected to Naked (not an additional one), there would be an error, and you should be emailing Exetel with your particulars, so that someone on staff can address the matter. It does happen sometimes, and errors are usually fixed fairly quickly. See "contact" link on the top of the page.

Long term customers can assure you that Exetel doesn't do deceptive or misleading advertising; that's one of the things that keeps us here.
