Shaping after moving from INCPHONE to No Frills

Hi,

I was on INCPHONE A (I had shaping on) and now I am on NF/22INCTEL.

Do I still have shaping on if I exceed my quota?
Is there still a 2GB buffer before being charged 6$/GB? Is there a warning page like before?

The shaping option is now no longer available.

In terms of the 'usage block' page, an option you may wish to consider is to set yourself up with usage warnings - so you receive email alerts as you approach or go over your quota - which you can activate through User Facilities.

I understand that if you previously selected shaping the selecion "follows" you to your new plan, there have been a number of threads about this, one of which is here.

I think you will have to deselect shaping if you do not want to have excess charged ay $6 per Gb BEFORE you change your plan as the option will not be available to you after you change to an NF plan.

I looked around and I found that I need to write an email to some address to get myself out of shaping, but I prefer to keep it.
