Hi,
I'm about to move house but my housemate wants to put the service (ADSL2+ and PSTN) into his name and keep the number. Is there some procedure that we can follow to do this? Is it as simple as changing the contact and payment details?
I presume not as if there was ever an issue it would still ne my name on the account somewhere.
