Just wanted to say thanks to Exetel management for recognising customer loyalty with the Pioneer discount
It's been a great 5 years - and I'm looking forward to the next 5! (I wonder what services I'll be buying from you then...)

How long do you have to be with exetel to get this discount?

My current connection was started mid 2005, but i had an exetel connection for over 6 months at my folks place before I bought this place.

So I guess in total I have been with exetel since late 2004.

Anyone know?

Thanks
Geoff

Its been posted here in this thread but i suggest that if you are not getting it now then you are not entitled to it. The post above yours though gives you an indication as to what the criteria was. I dare say it was more then just this though.

I guess you could email billing@exetel.com.au. Include the service number and some details of the prior service if it was at a different location.
