Not recieving SMS's from Three on HSPA plan

You assume that there is anything different. I can assure you messages are sent through as to Three as "normal" SMS messages.

Does anyone know what is different about an ExeSMS to a normal one? i.e. how does 3 even know that the SMS was not sent from a phone?

ExeSMS is a program used to interface with the Members SMS utility on the website and it sends off sms'es using your data at just 8c a sms.
There is no difference and these are outgoing sms not inbound.

Last night I tried sending an SMS to a 3 phone and sucessfully got a reply.

There must have been something that Exetel was doing different. How else would 3 know to consistently treat only ExeSMS's differently to all other SMS's?

Again, Exetel has not made any change to its SMS service nor has it been advised or have advised our downstream partner to modify the service.
