Anyone else experiencing this at the moment on a hosted website? I'm stuck, it's urgent and there is no telephone support for hosting!

Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at http://www.balance-pm.com Port 80
I set up WordPress blog, was configuring it all nice - 80% complete, was working fine - into the database, chose themes etc. Then it dropped and I got this error.
I created a test page - http://www.balance-pm.com/mkultra/testtb.html which also throws the same error; am I correct in assuming a network/infrastructure issue or is there something else I can do here (other than delete everything and redeploy)
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hosting - forbidden, don't have permission error
Re: Hosting - forbidden, don't have permission error
This was caused by file permission of '.htaccess' file.
