I am currently an exetel customer for homephone, broadband and mobile phone service (vodafone).
At the moment, I have been getting nuisance/prank calls on my mobile

I would like to know if it is possible to change my mobile number, applicable costs if any, and the process I need to follow or department I need to contact to get my request actioned.
When I worked for Telstra, we used to provide the customer with a phone number change at no cost if it was due to nuisance calls. The calls have stopped since I started using the prepaid number, but I dont like paying for 2 services when I only really need 1.
My mobile service is not under contract (AFAIK) and it is on the $30 cap plan, I think.
Any info you guys can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
