Extension To Telephone Support Hours
From 1/7/10 telephone support and sales enquiry hours have been extended from 8.30 am to 11.00 pm 7days a week including public holidays.
Answer times are expected to be maintained at under 60 seconds on average.

great to see and obviously has a lot to do with the Sri Lanka operation now being fully skilled up
I did note from someone that queried me about the email they received that it would have been nice to actually mention the phone number for support in the email, as they mentioned if they needed support they possibly couldn't look it up otherwise, small detail but valid feedback I guess

From memory 8:30am - 9:30pm weekdays, 12:30pm - 9:30pm weekends. Could be wrong though.Rex Nebular wrote:What were the hours before?

The contact page lists the queues as closed. It is now 08:50am. Does the script just need to be updated?
