Re: Pioneer Discount
That's great - though I wasn't aware that it went to $15 (my invoices show $12.50 since Feb). Are the several levels of discount used depending on the services used?
Stress is a genetic disorder.....you get it from your kids !

Re: Pioneer Discount
Thanks Exetel - between the Pioneer discount increasing and the new capped Mobile plans and associated discount you've made me even happier as a customer
it leaves me wondering - What other new services are you going to offer me in the next twelve months?

Thanks Exetel, very much appreciated !
Re: Pioneer Discount
Yes thank you very much.
With your prices so low i dont know how you keep increasing what is already an very generous discount. If i also hook up a mobile or 2 it wont be long and my internet will be free. Whilst this is great for my pockets im concerned that i wont be making any money for exetel and therefore directly contributing to any financial difficulties you may be facing or may face in the future. We all want exetel to be around for a long long time.
once again thanks.

Re: Pioneer Discount
No recipient of the Pioneer Discount makes any money for Exetel but that is not a concern to us.
It is an ongoing reflection of the gratitude we feel to those customers who have been with us for a very, very long time and who 'stood by us' during the two very, very difficult periods of our 'life' to date.

Re: Pioneer Discount
I also am very appreciative of the pioneer discount but as I am about to move home to an exchange with no Optus ADSL2+ option I am thinking of dropping my landline/ADSL and moving to wireless/mobile as it suits my current download pattern. I believe the pioneer status only stays while you have a landline connection with exetel. Is this correct?
I have had a great run with Exetel to date and was wondering if with the new mobile plans their was any option of a wireless dongle/mobile bundle?

There are currently two wireless broadband options that include a modem at very low cost.
The Pioneer Discount stays with any data service (though it's never been transferred to a wireless service before).
Re: Pioneer Discount
Would someone remind me what the cut off date was for the pioneer discount? Obviously prior to April 2004

If you were April 2004 you should email billing@exetel.com.au to confirm whether you are eligible
