Hi With the new OTL plans. Is line rental really $0?
So it's $20 cheaper than the plan it replaces?

Previously, the line rental used to be $30 and the prices shown on the page were just the ADSL2+ components
Now, the line rental is "$0" and the prices shown on the page are (effectively) the ADSL2+ plus phone line.
So it is $10 cheaper than before, not $20

Well it's $20 for me
100gb peak
Old OTCC $73
New OTL-C $53.00
Very Annoyed that I have spent $20 to change plans the last 2 times.

Ah. I was looking at OTAA vs OTL-A which saves $10. OTBB->OTL-B saves $15, OTCC->OTL-C saves $20 and OTDD->OTL-D saves $30kogi wrote:Well it's $20 for me
Why? You can save that much every month, so the plan change fee is now recouped immediately. Besides which, there should now be an option to waive the plan change fee if you elect to renew your contract.kogi wrote:Very Annoyed that I have spent $20 to change plans the last 2 times.

I just opened ticket to ask about new plan. Few hours later, exetel support staff called and advice that they can change my plan for me manual.
So My plan from $60 plan for phone + 30gb peak internet, change to $58 include phone and unlimited internet.
Also no charge for plan change since I change to new contract.
