Where does one now see the savings / discount on your ADSL plan that you get when taking up a CAP plan. It used to be displayed but I can't find them anywhere anymore...
The latest newsletter says:
However I can't see the savings on that page.

To take advantage of these savings, log into your Exetel Members Facilities, select "Order Services", then "Mobile".
You can order a Mobile plans with the corresponding ADSL discounts.

Oh I see now... you have to be logged into Member Services. Shouldn't you display that info on the main website too so that prospective new customers can see the savings they'd gain?
Any chance we can move existing Cap Plans to any of the new Z plans? (If no, I have 2 cap 14 plans with no contract period. Can I port these? I think I'd still come out ahead with the $40 charge for 2 new sims)
Thanks,
T.

1) The plans are not available to non-Exetel customers.
2) You can't move Exetel Optus mobile plans to these new plans.

No, no... even the Cap Plans are missing what savings you get.... i.e. $10 saving off ADSL on CAP19 etc. (I can't see that info displayed anywhere except INSIDE member services).

The reason is because the discount only applies for Existing Exetel customers signing up for a Cap plan through the Exetel Members Facilities.

But if you were a potential Adsl customer, wouldn't you want to know what potential savings were available?
