Hi,
I have a brother who has ADSL and mobile with Exetel. He's cancelling his ADSL by the end of this month. I asked Exetel support if it's possible to transfer his Mobile to another Exetel account, but the response was it's not possible.
What are the options here? Am I to put through a phone porting request from the new account, where the phone is the old account?

Please send email to rukshanip@exetel.com.lk , with the number of the service that has be transferred over with the number of the service you want it merged with. I'll go through and let you know of the options.
Also, if your brother is the service owner, please ask him to send this email as we can only correspond with the service owner on any matter pertaining to a service.

We could only merge services which belong to the same person. If otherwise, an ownership transfer will first have to be done to get all products under a single owner.OverIT wrote:And the answer to the question is?
