Customer Referral Scheme
Re: Customer Referral Scheme
Are there any benefits for either party if a ADSL2 wide customer refers someone to an ADSL2 wide plan (eg. the only option I know of in Tasmania)?
Alternatively, do the Lite Agent benefits apply in that scenario?

Re: Customer Referral Scheme
As long as you recommend Exetel to a new customer, you will get $30 under Wide area plans and under Optus plans (400 exchanges) you will get $45 and the new customer will further get ADSL portion of the plan free of charge for 4 months, irrespective of the Sate you are applying from.bingggo wrote:Are there any benefits for either party if a ADSL2 wide customer refers someone to an ADSL2 wide plan (eg. the only option I know of in Tasmania)?

The LITE agent benefits will apply as usual, if you have registered as a LITE agent.
Re: Customer Referral Scheme
What are the benefits for signing up a new customer in November 2011?

If you recommend a new customer for a Wide coverage plan, you get a $30 referral credit, for Optus plans (400 exchanges) you get a referral credit of $100 as long as the application goes through. This referral credit program is only valid until 30th Nov 2011.

Thanks

Then why did I only get $30 for my referral?

Re: Customer Referral Scheme
Could you please email billing@exetel.com.au stating your Service Number as well as the Service Number of the friend you recommended for us to look into this.machine wrote:remosha wrote:machine wrote:What are the benefits for signing up a new customer in November 2011?

I have asked the billing team leader to look in to this for you. She will soon advise you over it.

Re: Customer Referral Scheme
For those of you not subscribing to the newsletter, the CRS ends this month. Also, there is now no benefit on the OT 5/10 and OF 5./10 plans.with effect from whenever the order form was changed.
Would someone is a position of authority advise whether any of this has any relevance to the lite-agent program?
Will Exetel be able to pass any savings from the termination of the CRS toward lowering setup charges which seems the obvious funding source for commissions. Yeah, I know I'm dreaming. I certainly don't begrudge Exetel the savings in costs and have a certain antipathy for commission schemes (and a lack of success in actually succeeding in getting people to ender my service number when they have signed up for a service on my recommendation.)

I am amazed that you have still not been able to review and rectify the problem!
I have been impressed over the years that most things Exetel were handled "automatically" by software..........
....... and its always interesting to be put into a "as soon as possible" file - I wonder what it means on this occasion?
Harry.
