Value Added services and Service Access
Value Added services and Service Access
Several questions....
1) I have a BB55 plan provisioned early this week but am unable to set up value added services (e.g. voice mail), there appears to be a modification request pending but it is taking a long time....
a) How long is this expected to take?
b) Where can I vew any fees/charges for the value added services for the BB55 plan?
2) I have ADSL, a Z15 and a BB55 service. Logging in via my ADSL service, I can only see the Z15 plan details. To see the BB55 plan details, I have to log in specifically to that service. Is there some reason I can't access all my services from my ADSL Memeber's Facility log in?
Regards,
Brian

Re: Value Added services and Service Access
This is due to BB55 setup on different customer ID. If required, we can merge all into one customer account.2) I have ADSL, a Z15 and a BB55 service. Thanks,
This is now showing in the Member Facility. I will digest the Voicemail info before I attempt to venture there.

If I merge into one account, do I lose the ability to log in to each service separately? - as each mobile is used by a different member of the house, it will be handy to have the ability for them to check just their own service without having to 'select from a list'....ShaminG wrote:This is due to BB55 setup on different customer ID. Re: Value Added services and Service Access
There will be a separate login for Mobile services, since they need to have the more specific interface to reflect different features. If I merge into one account, do I lose the ability to log in to each service separately? - as each mobile is used by a different member of the house, it will be handy to have the ability for them to check just their own service without having to 'select from a list'....
Re: Value Added services and Service Access
Then YES, please combine into one customer account.
I have also set APN to BLACKBERRY.
If I add my set-up procedure in a separate post, could it be made a sticky, or added to the wiki??
As it is, it is likely to get buried & no-one will even know to look for it....
