I rely on Exetel's invoices to keep a record of previous months' service usage and often refer to this.
The October 1 bill did not include my landline usage for September.
Is there a way for me to access this? (I can't see a way through Member Facilities.)
Do I now have to copy my landline usage details from the usage meter before the end of the month to ensure I can retain a record?

Thank you for sending through the list of last month's calls.
Also, thank you for suggesting to your development team to include the details of the call records even if the bill value is zero.
If they can get that done by next month, that would be wonderful.

Six weeks later, I haven't been updated on this, and invoices still do not contain landline information.
