Hi Exetel,
It looks like there is an error made with the following unbilled charge :
2011-12-02 04:02:44 0416****** 132610 Mobile Call 13/1300/1800 Call 01:10:00 $69.69
I did not make a 70 min call to the number 132610, Fedex who's business hours are between 8.00 am- 10 pm,
I also find it interesting the call is exactly 70 min.
Ticket : 4637185

Can someone from Exetel resolve this issue or at the very least reply to my messages.
I did not make a 70 minute (exact) phone call to fedex australia at around 4.02 am.
My call log on my phone shows I made a 17 second phone call at 4.02 am.

As stated in the last reply sent to ticket 4637185 , the case is still being investigated by our wholesale suppliers , we will get back to you as soon as we have an update from them
