Out of curiosity, is this an issue with Telstra's infrastructure, or something (such as authentication hardware) at your POP? Was it related to the massive lightning storm that rolled through yesterday?

Currently I'm getting sync, but not able to authenticate with PPPoE

This outage is carrier related and we do not have details regarding the root cause for this unplanned outage as yet.

I can have a look into your service if you could pm your service number, so I can confirm whether you are affected by this outage.
