Townsville FAX-to-Email numbers??

I recently went to subscribe to a fax-to-email number.

I'd prefer a Townsville number, if one is available.

Support indicated soon - 4 or 5 months ago.

Please provide an update.

BTW In desparation I thought I'd subscribe to a Brisbane number - and there weren't any showing on the application form. Are rhey not available currently too?

All the available number's have already been updated in the member's facility. Unfortunately you will have to go with one available in the list

I checked today and found no fax numbers are currently available for Sydney nor Brisbane.

Its ridiculous that I would be expected to use a Victorian number when I live in Queensland.

Please re-view this matter and repopulate the Brisbane and Syndey number selections.

Unfortunately we will not be able to find Townsville specific numbers in the currently allocated number list. You will have to go with a Brisbane number

Does this mean that IF I was in the NBN area of Townsville, you would not be able to provide me with a Townsville DID?

I have discussed with relevant engineers and we regret to inform that we do not have DID numbers for Townsville at the moment. You may have to order a number from the list of numbers that are listed in Members Facility.
