Hi all,
Sorry if this has been addressed before but I coundn't find a thread that delt.
So, we have now, two Xbox's(live gaming) accessing the same wireless network.
What setings do I have to make in my router (Billion, BiPAC 7404VNOX) to have them both work without dropping out?
When we only had the one, I had the Xbox ports forwarded to the xbox's ip and it worked fine. So I'm more than a little confused, Portforward.com suggests that it can't be done.
Some help would be great.....
Cheers
setup for Dual Xbox's
Re: setup for Dual Xbox's
port forwarding won't work for two devices that want to use the same ports, forwarding to one and putting the other in the DMZ, maybe??? Opening the ports rather than forwarding and using uPNP, maybe??? Not really sure
realistically though it is probably a better question to ask over on the Billion forums, there's a ton of info there and I'd be surprised if it hadn't come up already

Re: setup for Dual Xbox's
I'd have thought no, but there is a theory here, for DD-WRT/Tomato firmware type routers: http://www.techknowlogy.jigsy.com/. Read the comments too.
