ADSL Freezes

Post by Mano » Sun Feb 19, 2012 8:32 pm

Hey guys..

Now and then, get's quite annoying.. but it's like my ADSL freezes? you can be browsing the net, then it just stops.. the ADSL and PPE lights stay on.. no issues there.. is it like a drop out or something??

Doesn't always come back to work normal again, quickly. So then I need to log-in into my modem, disconnect and reconnect the net, then it works??

Any suggestions/help much appreciated please :)

Hi Mano,

Could be your modem, how old is it?

Alternatively could be a line issue, please email/call support with your details so they can have a look at the line, and perhaps any errors they see on it.

residentialsupport@exetel.com.au. If a support staff member comes by soon, you may be asked to PM your particulars - either way works.
