How long does it take to obtain my Mobile Phone account number for porting my mobile out from Exetel. It's been 24 hours since I sent my request to Provisioning but no reply yet.

you should be able to port out without the account number, will work with date of birth also

Could you please PM the mobile number which you require the account number, so I can look in to this for you

The birth date worked OK but the 3 digit a/c number that I was given didn't. I was porting out from WM-A plan.jokiin wrote:you should be able to port out without the account number, will work with date of birth also
