VIC Internet access down?

I am unable to access external sites - anyone else having problems?

I am in St Kilda.

Syncing and authenticating ok.
I can access anything *.exetel.com.au
nslookup resolves all DNS queries

TechSupport have just "cleared the circuit" and looking ok now. They said that this would been affecting alot of users - has it worked for you?
