Hi Steve,

I can confirm the speed change has taken effect. In case anyone is interested, I'm getting 17Meg line sync, which I consider 'ok', considering I'm only 700 metres from the exchange.

Thank you for passing the ticket on to the billing team. Do you have any idea how long it will take them to make a decision? By my count, I paid for 5 days of ADSL2+ access that I didn't receive.
