Hi, we have just changed over from our old ADSL exetel connection to an NBN Wireless connection. We have finally found some info about configuring our Netcomm NB16WV router for WAN and have put in username and password but nothing happens. There is a WAN light on the front of the router but no connection. I can't find any instructions re this anywhere in the exetel forum or wiki.
What do we have to do?

Re: setting up an NBN wireless connection
Isn't that an ADSL/3G modem+router? The network termination device expects a plain router (ie, no built-in modem in front), on which the PPPoE config is done.

Re: setting up an NBN wireless connection
NB16WV does have a WAN port as such there should be no problems in configuring itGerryfahey wrote:Hi, we have just changed over from our old ADSL exetel connection to an NBN Wireless connection. Thanks for that Udara, I had just come back to post a correction. Use the WAN ethernet port.
