We have performed a port reset to your connection, therefore could you please connect the modem directly to the wall socket and retest the speed.
If you still experiencing slow speeds, please conduct couple of speed tests via' www.exetel.com.au/speed' and drop an email to 'residentialsupport@exetel.com.au' for further investigations.
