Our thoughts and prayers are with every Australian affected by the NSW bushfires.

During this time we would like to extend our support to those affected by offering the ‘Bushfire Relief Package’:

• If you are within the NSW bushfire affected area, you will be able to cancel your broadband or phone line rental service, without penalty.

• Exetel would like to offer you a free activation charge for the service you wish to connect at your new premises due to the effect of the bushfire at your premises. We would also like to offer you a no contract term on this service so you don’t have to worry about cancellation fees when you decide to cancel your service.
