Hello,
Will Exetel be offering any assistance with those of us affected by the current bush fire threats?

My mobile has been in constant use over the last few days, I am worried about the cost, but can not afford to stop using my phone.

I'm sure Exetel would help our customers who have unfortunately lost their homes during this horrible time.
