I have sent you a text with the login details to the members. As I have checked, your member login is working with the correct details. I have checked your members page and can see that it is working without a problem.
Please try logging in via https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/ but ensure you use the correct log in credentials.
If you do not know your username and password or if you wish to confirm it I have sent you an automated text message to the nominated mobile number for this service which contains to 2 usernames and passwords of which one is the online facilities log in credentials.
Please repost if this does not work for you.
