In April I changed my ADSL to the 500GB plan + phone line rental with the EXECHAT Plus option which it said had unlimited local call, unlimited mobile calls etc after the month started I rang up and after being looked into was told I was on the exechat Plus plan I was also sent an email confirming this.
Now the month has finished I have the pleasure of Paying $191.40 in call charges something is not right here.
This may not be alot to some but has put me in some financial difficulty for the next couple of weeks what gives here????????

Thank you for raising a ticket for me
I rang them this morning and was promised a phone call before the close of business today.
I have just rung back only to be told Billing department has closed (not happy no phone call received )
The ticket that was raised about the matter in late June was
7858240 current ticket is the one you started 7865991
the email I got from exetel saying I was on the plan was from
Percy Jaimin on 6/05/2014
I rang them this morning and was promised a phone call before the close of business today.

I see in my monthly invoice, my phone has Easycall Call Control, how do I turn that on & off? and what exactly does it do?

Email billing@exetel.com.au and ask them to disable it.

'Easycall Call Control' lets you restrict the types of calls made from your home phone. Please confirm if you want to turn that off, so we can disable it from our end.

Can't see the point in paying for something I don't use, may have been handy years ago when I had my teenagers at home, but not now I live alone...

It seems like the charge was for the last month only (2014-06-01 TO 2014-06-30). I have asked the Provisioning Team to confirm if it's disabled properly and confirm.
