no connection, loss of income, no response

My connection dropped out some time yesterday 4/7. After waiting 30 mins I got through to Exetel support on Fri evening. He was unable to fix the problem and took my number saying he would call back. He never did. I explained that my wife works from home on Sat morn and is totally reliant on a working internet connection.
It's still not working this morning and I emailed support as well as logged a fault by phone.
Is anyone from Exetel able and willing to get back to me urgently?
